General informationIf you are interested in any of the designs on this site or wish to order a custom piece, please contact us and we will be pleased to assist you. Please note that quite a few items offered on this website are made to order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for manufacture, even though it is very likely that items will ship much faster. We will be providing you with an availability estimate upon request and of course as soon as you place an order.Design CustomizationAll general availability items on this page are made to order and therefore we accomodate customizations. For instance, you may want to change the length of a necklace or the clasp of a bracelet while preserving the overall design. There might be a slight change in price to reflect differences in material and/or labor costs.Fully Custom DesignDo you desire artisan crafted wedding bands and bridal jewelry? The perfect anniversary gift? Looking for that special piece of jewelry you have envisioned in your mind's eye? Do you want a piece featuring the birth stones of your children? If you desire a fully custom piece, we can create a personalized design for you based on your specifications (materials, size, budget, etc). Please contact us to arrange for a consultation.Payment methodsMassachusetts residents pay 5% sales tax. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, with both card-present and telephone orders. We can also send you an Email invoice with a link that gets you to a page where you can input your credit card information. We also accept money orders, personal checks (they must clear before products are shipped), and Paypal.Shipping and HandlingBy default, we only accept continental US orders. All other orders-please call. Pieces will only be shipped once payment is received. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges. We use shipping methods providing insurance and proof of delivery. |
